Weight Loss Consultation
After getting a detailed description of your medical history, eating and exercise habits, I will create a nutrition action plan with vitamin and supplement recommendations if needed. You will receive an email review of our 50 minute session which will also include a one day meal plan*. This service includes one 15 minute follow up session. All sessions can be held virtually, by phone or in person.

Weight Loss Starter Package
Includes the weight loss consultation + two 30 minute sessions + email communication between visits. This package is designed to get you started on improving your dietary habits. I may work with you to incorporate any of the following as needed:
- Daily or weekly goals for changing dietary habits
- Flexible, sample meals and schedules to promote mind-body wellness
- Journaling where you are asked to track your thoughts and feelings surrounding foods encountered throughout the day
- Grocery shopping, cooking, or meal planning tips
Follow up sessions are 30 minutes long. They are great for accountability, motivation and reviewing food logs. Think of the follow up session like you would if you see a personal trainer weekly or bi-weekly. You may know what changes need to be made, but without the follow-up, people are much less likely to make the changes.
Food Log Review
This ongoing support is offered for clients who have already completed the initial consultation. I encourage my weight loss clients to use an online food tracking app. This service provides weekly review of your food logs with feedback on how to improve and/or make changes to reach your dietary goals.

Let me help you navigate the aisles of the grocery store. We will explore the entire store and will give you personalized suggestions to help you make healthier choices and fit your health and fitness needs.
Athletes, recreational and otherwise, know that proper fueling strategies help with training, performance, injury prevention, and increased immunity. You don't have to be an NFL linebacker to need a solid nutrition plan. Exercise without the proper fueling can lead to increased fatigue, cravings and improper recovery.
With this service I will get a detailed history of your exercise schedule, eating habits and medical history to determine your best fueling plan. You will receive an email with my recommendations for meals, meal timing and any supplements or vitamins needed. This service includes one 15 minute follow up. All visits can be held virtually, by phone or in person.
If have been recently diagnosed with Type II diabetes or pre-diabetes, we will discuss your medical history, eating and exercise habits to come up with a dietary plan to reduce your blood glucose levels. You will learn about what foods to eat, portion sizes and what foods to avoid to maintain healthy blood glucose levels.
If you have been required to see a dietitian for bariatric education prior surgery, will discuss dietary changes that need to be made post-surgery, what to expect after surgery, exercise and vitamin needs post-surgery.
